The ecoinnovative activities at the Pilze-Nagy Ltd the project owner biogas plant ,focused on improving the efficiency of waste recovery and and cleaning of flue gases resulting from energy conversation.

The project consortium  developed and installed a complex, multi-stage, material saving technology leading to waste reduction. That helped to reduce feedstock demand 25%, and  increase the efficiency of fermentative decompositionby 20%, and reduce the amount of fermentation residue (that is categorized as waste) by 30%, and reduce the pollutant content of flue gas by 80%.

In the course of the  project one flue gas cleaning system and one mechanical-pre-treatment machine installed in to the biogas plant of Pilze-Nagy Ltd.

The novelty of waste management technology development lies in its complexity as similar technologies implemented in several stages do not existed

In this way we increased the efficiency, sustainability and competitiveness of the aforementioned biogas plant which utilizes wastes rich in lignocelluose.
