Our organization in the region plays a significant role in crop drying, regarding this activity it has remarkable infrastructural background and professional experience. The need of the replacement of the traditional crop drying technology based on natural gas with crop drying technology based on biomass had being formed year after year. We wanted to create a technology based on renewable energy sources, which has the same efficiency as the currently widespread traditional systems, nevertheless by the supply of the used energy sources the extent of exposure to the environment can be minimized.
Our project selected under the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2009-2014 for the Green Industry Innovation Programme (HU-09) made possible the practical implementation of our concept.
During our experimental development the fundamentals of the complex crop drying technology based on new paradigm has been developed by involving scientific organization together with the development work or out employees. With the cooperation of the Norwegian Partner the complex control technology of the energy producing unit has also been developed.
Following the circumspect preparatory processes the heat energy production unit with unique parameters was acquired, the following fine-tuning and control optimization processes were successfully completed.
As a result of our experimental development an innovative environmentally friendly based on new paradigm crop drying technology has been developed.
